Champagne Cooler Recipe

1oz brandy or Cognac
1oz triple sec or blue Curacao
8oz Champagne

This is a great Champagne recipe to stir up with various ingredients you might have in your bar.

For the brandy part, any Brandy or Cognac variant will do. For the triple sec part, you can choose from

triple sec, cointreau, blue cointreau or Grand Marnier. All of those are "orange flavored" drinks.

Marilyn Monroe Champagne Recipe

Marilyn Monroe was famous for her love of Champagne. She once bathed in Champagne, and many

of her movies featured her drinking and enjoying Champagne. It's no surprise that a Champagne

cocktail recipe was named after her!  1 shot apple brandy dash grenadine, Champagne Many fruit

wineries offer apple brandy, but if you don't have any, get some apple juice and mix it in with

brandy. Put that in the bottom of a Champagne flute.

Add in a dash of grenadine. Grenadine is thick, sweet syrup made from ... pomegranates!

Who would a think! It really just adds a bit of red color to the drink. Grenadine is one of

those "must haves" for any bar for that reason. Anyway, then pour on the Champagne and enjoy the luxurious life!

A Goodnight Kiss Champagne Recipe

1 drop Angostura Bitters
1 sugar cube
1 splash Campari
Champagne Add the bitters to the cube and place in the bottom of a Champagne flute.

Add a splash of Campari, and then fill it up with Champagne.

Note that Angostura Bitters are a very specific type of bitters with a very unique

flavor. You're only using a drop here, remember, and it makes a difference! I don't

know any way of "substituting" for the Angostura Bitters.

Pink California Sunshine Champagne Recipe

Dream of sunny beaches and luxurious living with this cocktail! Crème DE Cassi's is

a red blackcurrant liqueur. It's a favorite of Hercule Poirot! 2 shots orange juice
dash creme DE Cassi's Champagne

Add the OJ and creme DE Cassi's to a Champagne flute, and then top off with

Champagne. Put on an Eagles album, listen to some Hotel California, and drift off

to a time of beaches and relaxation.

Champagne Scottish Apple Romance Recipe

Rose Champagne has a gorgeous pink color and can be found in both sweet

and dry styles. You can choose a style to match your taste buds. For the Scotch,

I have a fondness for Glenmorangie. It's what Connor McCleod drank in the Highlander

:) Still I suppose you could substitute another Scotch if you wanted to. Apples are a

traditional fruit of love - the Apple of my eye!

1 shot Glenmorangie Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky
1 shot apple brandy
Rose Champagne Pour Glenmorangie and apple brandy into a flute glass, and then add in Rose Champagne to fill. Delicious!
