There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all returns. (Canadian & USA) 

Any damaged products must be reported to us by email within 2 business days. 

There is a 3 business day money back guarantee (perishables only due to some products in the gift baskets).

Please make sure that you have someone that can be available to receive your basket. Returns for regular

Gift basket items must be received within 7 business days of the original order's delivery date. Please call

 Us at 1-877-742-7202 to inform us of the return. All products must be in good condition as received and

All contents must be complete, unopened (non-used) to return products. This applies to USA and

Canada. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable.

(Canadian, USA) If any Holiday Baskets which are returned to us, because they were unable

 To get it delivered for any reason are non-refundable. 

(Unless damaged during being shipped)  Please note NSR (no signature required) If there is no one to receive the basket or

Product it will be left on the porch or back door. We assume no responsibility for the package against

Theft, weather, or any other occurrence once the package has been left.

Canadian order's:  Order's received by 11 A.M.   Monday through Friday (excluding parcel

Non-shipping days) will be processed and shipped the same day.  Orders received after 11:00 AM Eastern 

Will be shipped the following business day. Our Company reserves the right to change cut off times

For same day shipment during holidays ordering periods. Please ensure that your name, address, 

 Payment method, amount and phone number are correct, we are not responsible for wrong shipping information. 

Your E-mail address is also important so we can provide you a Tracking Number for your product (s) most times our Hand Delivered Wine Baskets (Canada) are delivered before we get a tracking number.

Please make sure that your email address you provide us is a valid one. 

 If the shipping information is not right the product will be sent back and the customer will be responsible

 For the extra shipping amount if any. The refund will be sent back to the customer within 7 business days,

Minus the extra charge plus shipping and handling.  We also do not ship to P.O.Boxes, foreign addressed or

 Hospitals.  Hotel Deliveries made to front desk only, Customers responsible from this point.

We also hope that the products on this site are easy to get to and please make sure that you are in the

 Right site for orders.  For Canadian orders Single gift basket orders, which are cancelled after they have

 Been built are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Multiple orders which are cancelled after they have been

 Built baskets are subject to a 35% restocking fee.   

 Due to the nature of balloons, balloon orders, which have been inflated, are non-cancel-able and non-refundable. 

 Due to the perishable nature of fruit, please ensure that you have someone available to receive your fruit basket.

 We cannot be responsible for fruit that is damaged or spoiled due to any delivery issues.

Orders: Any orders cancelled after the Credit Card has been processed are subject to an $8.00 cancellation fee.
