Most gift baskets will be taken to Toronto then shipped from there, reason that all trucks of Carpar are sent out this way for delivering to Peterborough and all other surrounding cities. Once orders have been shipped out we have No other information until Canpar sends us a Email with Tracking Number including delivery date. All Pet & Owners gifts aand baskets are shipped from our location in Peterborough sent by Canada Post. Wine and Champagne Gift Baskets are hand-delivered in Canada and USA.

Orders received by 11 AM - EST Monday-Friday (Business Days) are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders received after 1 pm Eastern time are processed and shipped the next day, some orders may be sent out same day depending on sale volume.

All our products are shipped - USPS in the Continental Unites States, so they are traceable. You will receive an email from us with your tracking number for your products. We recommend that all orders be sent to a Residential and or Business address if possible. If you cannot please make sure you have someone to accept the package when it comes. This is so that the Courier is able to obtain a signature upon delivery for each parcel. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of ordering before 1 P.M. and should be received between 1-5 business days, depending on where item is going. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We have added for our customers who have asked about shipping within Canada and the USA from IE: England/ Italy and so on to family and friends who live in Canada and the USA....Now you can, all countries have been added so you may pay for it from your countries and have it shipped within Canada and the USA.

Order Cancellations:

Once an order is placed and begins the fulfillment process, it becomes difficult to cancel. Should you need to cancel an order prior to shipment we will do our best to stop it. However, if we are unable to stop it from shipping then it must go through the return policy and procedures. Special orders may not be cancelled. To attempt a cancellation please e-mail us immediately. The order should not be considered cancelled until we have acknowledged that we were able to stop the shipment. Again, there is no guarantee cancellation once the order is submitted!  Also please remember if you have a Tax Exempt ID or A Discount codes please include this for any returned items. Customers must prepay any items they return to us. Shipping and Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. All products must be in the original packaging. If you are returning a product that is Damaged Please call us at 1-877-742-7202 to give us your name, address, product number, tracking number and reason for the return. We will do everything we can to ensure a quick refund back to you. We will get back to you on when you should be receiving your refund.  This is for both United States and Canada. Thank you!

Any damaged products must be reported to us by e-mail within 2 business days, and if you are returning product there is a 25% restocking fee and shipping/handling is not refundable. Return costs are customer’s responsibility.

 Wine Restrictions:  Sc Gift Baskets ships wine to the states that have been identified as consistently open to receive shipments containing alcohol. Hand delivered wine baskets are delivered by local florists and the restrictions are based on county laws, not state laws. The status of florists is ever changing. Variables such as florists getting a liquor license, going out of business, new florists, etc, all affect the availability of hand delivered wine baskets. Therefore, we are unable to provide a specific list of restricted areas. States that are often difficult for hand delivery are identified here. We attempt to fulfill every wine basket order.
