Orders received by 11 AM - EST Monday-Friday (Business Days) are processed and shipped the same day. 

Orders received after 1 pm Eastern time are processed and shipped the next day, some orders may be sent out same day depending on sale volume.
Christmas and other Holiday orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume.

 All our products are shipped  - USPS in the Continental Unites States, so they are traceable. You will receive an email from us with your tracking number for your products. We recommend that all orders be sent to a Residential and or Business address if possible. If you can not Please make sure you have someone to accept the package when it comes. This is so that the Courier is able to obtain a signature upon delivery for each parcel. Orders are shipped  within 48 hours of ordering before 1 P.M. and should be received between 1-5 business days, depending on where item is going. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We have added for our customers who have asked about shipping within Canada and the USA from IE: England/ Italy and so on to family and friends who live in Canada and the USA....Now you can, all countries have been added so you may pay for it from your countries and have it shipped with in Canada and the USA.

With this there is NO signature Required. SCGiftBasketsPlusMore are "Not responsible for Packages been left" at address given, or if address is wrong. (when no one is there to receive package)  Please make sure that someone is there is receive package.

  If you provide us with an email address on your order, we will send you an email with your tracking number once your basket has shipped. 

Shipping on all Canadian order's $19.95  within Canada .  (Due to increase in postal service we have had to up our shipping buy $2.00)

Ontario 1-2 business day eg. Most orders for Ontario is next day if ordered by 1pm.   Order Monday after 2pm, order is processed and shipped Tuesday for delivery Wed.Quebec 1-2 business days (most is one day, but some remote may be 2-4 days, really remote may be 4-5, but this is rare)

East Coast 2-4 business days.

  Service is not guaranteed between December 20 and January 1, 2009 for all orders being delivered to Ontario, so please order early (rural areas are not included)

SELECT service is not guaranteed between December 18 and January 1 for all orders being delivered to all other provinces.

Manitoba/ Saskatchewan 3-7 business days.

Alberta/BC 4-5 business days (more remote areas may be 6 or 7 business days)

All Order's Canadian and US will receive tracking numbers via: E-mail so you the customer can track your Order's.

  If there is something that you do not see or would like  any information on the Baskets or Gifts,   just e-mail us and we would be happy to look after you! Also we would like to inform you that if a product or products that you may have ordered may be unavailable due to large purchases, inventory, payment delays or acts of God. In this event, we will contact you Via-Email with an expected reshipment date, or an agreeable replacement offer of same or equal value. Order Cancellations:

Once an order is placed and begins the fulfillment process, it becomes difficult to cancel. Should you need to cancel an order prior to shipment we will do our best to stop it. However, if we are unable to stop it from shipping then it must go through the return policy and procedures. Special orders may not be cancelled. To attempt a cancellation please e-mail us immediately. The order should not be considered cancelled until we have acknowledged that we were able to stop the shipment. Again, there is no guarantee cancellation once the order is submitted!  Also please remember if you have a Tax Exempt ID or A Discount codes please include this for any returned items. Customers must prepay any items they return to us. Shipping and Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. All products must be in the original packaging. If you are returning a product that is Damaged Please call us at 1-877-742-7202 to give us your name, address, product number, tracking number and reason for the return. We will do everything we can to ensure a quick refund back to you. We will get back to you on when you should be receiving your refund.  This is for both United States and Canada. Thank you!

Any damaged products must be reported to us by e-mail within 2 business days, and if you are returning product there is a 25% restocking fee and shipping/handling is not refundable. Return cost's are customers responsibility.
